Me and my 5025 are now back in business thanks to excellent support from Branson Sweden!
Some scratches on the loader that needs to be looked after and maybe I should paint the new plates red (or the tractor black 🙂 but the major problem is now solved, all good and happy smiles over here!
Sehr interessant! Ich denke, ich sollte eine mechanische Werkstatt eine schweißen lassen. Die Konstruktion fühlt sich offensichtlich für eine erhöhte Torsionssteifigkeit an!

Meine Theorie ist, dass die Platte zu schlecht dimensioniert ist. Erwägen Sie eine mechanische Werkstatt, um die Struktur zu verstärken. Das Risiko dabei besteht natürlich darin, dass etwas teureres kaputt geht. Vieleicht es gut sein, dass diese Platten für die Parallelführung “opfern”
Möglicherweise ist die Hydraulik zu stark. Es war ein gerader Aufzug von der Plattform. Die Last wurde dann schief gestellt, so dass das rechte Teil eine große Last erhielt

Yes – leverage is a devil but most likely not the reason for failure this time.
It was a messy unloading all the way. The Zaunpfosten was not properly secured on the Palette. Schlecht Treiber, the Ladungssicherung had broken during the transport! Result: unexpected Lastverschiebung during Entladung and a lot of stress the right side of the front loader. But still, I do not think that the stress was extreme in any way. The failure was really a surprise and I think that this part should have been designed stronger from the beginning.
Now I am eagerly waiting for new Teller from Branson Deutschland to make the repair and continue working with my unverzichtbar Rote!

Guess that 3225 / 4225 are 25-series models adopted for the American market same a-series engine etc.
