									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I have a 2400H.  About  years old.  The last 4 years, it often does not start unless I move, many times the High Neutral Low lever, or set it just right.  I have to move it many times and try to start.  It appears that it has to be set just in a particular area, which I haven&#8217;t figured out yet.<br />
